I am interested in selling my web development business. I am not sure what price to ask so it will go to the best offer. Only serious inqueries though with ligitimate offers.
I have been in business for about 5 years and have over 60 clients. I continue to get new leads every day. I have been offering the following services:
Web Development
Graphic Design
SEO
Web Hosting
Domain Registration
eCommerce
The purchase would include:
- the business name (which I will disclose to serious inquries)
- a portfolio of over 60 clients (over 70 websites) with files
- additional graphics and Flash animations included in the portfolio
- original artwork
- 2,577 templates
- 1 hosting/domain registration site and transfer of hosting/domain reseller account including existing subscription clients (supported by GoDaddy)
- a Guru.com account ranked 299 out of thousands with all positive reviews
- 1 template sales site and transfer of reseller account with TemplateMonster.com
- 1 business related undeveloped domain
- copy right of original designs
- thousands of fonts/textures/shapes for Photoshop
- contact information for current leads that are in negotiation (possible new clients)
You would have the freedom to merge the portfolio into another company or build onto the one I am selling.
Portfolio consists of many different code styles such as HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Flash, etc. Graphic styles vary greatly as I have included the work of contract artists and show a lot of diversity. My reputation with my clients is excellent.
