You would likely need to use subforms, especially if there are any one-to-many relationships.

You can use the wizard to create the main form from the main table then use the SubForm command button to add a subform from the other tables - the wizard will let you select each different table. The drop-downs should automatically work in the form if they do in the table. At least they alway have for me since '02.
