I think I posted to the wrong forum

I posted a problem in the ASP forum because the code has ASP, but I am thinking it is really an HTML issue. How do I change the category of forum in a way that does not break any rules?

You can "Flag Bad Post" on it and ask that it be moved to a different forum.
