hello

i reciently installed some blue tooth software reciently into a laptop running windows xp home edition - the laptop started running slow and became unstable - i did a system restore but then the laptop would run for appox 1 minute and an error message would come up and the laptop would reboot and continue the cycle - start up then reboot - so in my wisdom i tried re-installing Windows but it gets to the installation phase says this sectioin will takes 39 minutes to finish - the laptop stays at this screen for about 1 hour then says a error has occured and restarts the cycle again, even whe i shut the laptop down and restart it goes straight to the windons installation menu and tries to install
again.

is there some way of breaking this cycle and getting some control of the systen back?
