Fuzzy Monitor when i start up

Ah. I reformatted my hard drive and now whenever i start my computer in normal mode the monitor display is 100% blurry lines and fuzz. I'm typing this in safe mode. PLZ help me. I am running Windows XP if that helps

Make sure that you have the monitor cable fully pushed in, because I have seen a monitor do all kinds of things when the cable is not in properly.

Hi neptoess. When you formatted that system and loaded Windows back on to it, did you also load all the device drivers correctly. Did you load the motherboard chipset drivers, and also ensure that you loaded the correct display drivers?

Need to install Windows again?
