Hello

Ijust got a new Creative Zen MP3 player about 1 week ago. I plugged it into the wall-outlet charger last night for about 4 hours, and unplugged it before I went to bed. I got up this AM and and went to use it, and it won't turn on. When I plug it into my CPU, the drive does not even come up. The machine is completely dead. Can anyone help me??

Which zen is it? There a few models.....but if you can get to the battery, try removing it for about two minutes and then reinstall it. If that does not work, look in your manual for the reset code. I think if you hold the on button while you remove your battery, and then hold the on button while you put the battery back in, that might work.....but it depends on your model. Let me know which one you have, and we will check it out for you!
