"View Tab" missing from the "Folder Options"

Hi,

In "My Computer", "Tools" when I click on "Folder Options" I get a small window displaying "Registered File Types", "Off Line Files" plus a button "Advanced". Therefore, I can't see my hidden files or any other features in Folder Options. I'm on Win XP Pro SP3. I shall be grateful if someone could help me for a fix.

Did you have this problem before installing SP3?
