Our client, a New Haven based IT Services Company, is searching for an IT Associate who loves technology and working with people. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, solution-oriented, high-performing team.

The IT Associate will work with more experienced technicians to:
• Specify, install, and configure computer systems including hardware and software
• Provide support to a diverse set of clients
• Diagnose and solve problems with a variety of types of hardware and software

He/she will be working directly with clients on site and over the phone and must be focused on providing outstanding customer service to drive 100% client satisfaction. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential.

A typical day will involve dealing with 4-8 separate tickets, and will require on-site visits to multiple client sites. For this reason a driver’s license, working car, and good driving record are required for the position. Driving expenses will be reimbursed.

Prior experience in IT is essential, though that experience could come from a previous job, formal education, or be self-taught. Expect to have to demonstrate technical proficiency in an interview.
