Reporting Service Problems

I have 2 problems with Reporting Service:
The first problem: I can't show report header and footer.
The second problem: I am using the Arabic language to display the numbers and dates
in the report and it's displayed arabic but when printing the report
the numbers and dates appear in English.
Is there any way to control the printing language.
I'm using SQL server 2005 Reporting service.
