Dreamweaver Help

Hey People,
Basically, im putting together a site in dreamweaver, and i want to have a main title at the top of the page and the buttons down the left hand side........but when you scroll down the page, i want the content to scroll but i want the title and buttons to stay where they are. A bit like when you freeze panes in Microsoft Excel.

Anyone able to help????

I think you'll have to use frames instead of tables.

i sort of had a go with frames. I had one along the top and one down the left hand side. but when i scrolled the whiole lot moved. Im not sure how to just make the content move independantly of the other two frames. Do i have to use scroll bars?? im sure ive seen it done without

you either need frames or overflow:auto on the css property of a div
