I am trying to create a script that if the new user information is not valid, it will not create the account for the user. and the error should be writte to an error report file.

and if the user executes the script incorrectly e.g. without the necessary parameters or with incorrect parameters, it should provide an appriopriate help message to the user.

so how would you write a code for all those validations? im very confused. thanks.
