Hello,
I am doing design for the http://ksmhost.net site. I would like to hear from you what is missing in design, and also what fonts to use and how to line up buttons in all browsers... Actually I was trying to line up buttons for almost 6 months and still no luck. Site is live now, so I put it here, but some fixes are still required.

If the buttons you want to line up are the detail >> ones then I have a suggestion. I looked at your code and You are using the height="100%" option for your table rows. try specifying a fixed height making each one the same across the page. This should get the line up to work for you.

Well to be honest, I like it but just one thing though and this could just be me. The head where you have the menu links could be a little bit more creative.
I am not a designer or anything like that but looking at it from a customer view I would say add some hover back ground images/colors. This is not a must but other than that it looks great to me.
