Php pro bid work
I am looking for someone who can do small mods for PHP PRO BID auction script.
This is a new project and I'm looking a long term so as long as the site is bringing in money I'll continue to need work doing and I'm open to ideas to improve the site. I have 3 mods that need doing now and some design alterations, maybe a full template replacement.
I've had a few people interested but their interest was more about getting the money as quickly as possible rather then taking the project and emprassing it. They were simply unresponsive to my emails and things were taking too long.
Might also be CreLoaded and standard web design work later but the person chosen must be preactive and want to do top quality work.

No thats not the case, I'm looking for someone proactive. Someone who wants to test themselves and learn more in a real life job. Someone who can do the mods I want but also sometimes say "I can do this, it would work great for you". The problem I have is even the smallest mads takes weeks of waiting for developers to get back to me because they are only interested in the money and take on too much work for others.
True I can't afford to have a developer full-time but I don't need to the site to be profitable before I pay for work done.
Perhaps it could work like this, we do these small mods and if we are both happy with the work and payment we then go on to setup a devepment site.
The programmer gets a testbed for learning and free hosting to sell thier skills to others perhaps. I'll even take credit card payments for them if they wish, though my system.
Ideal for UK student perhaps as I have hi-grade hosting and thats expensive over here.
