Keyogger in NASM

Hi guys!
I'm trying to code in NASM, Real-Mode a simple keylogger which saves keystrokes in a text file(log.txt). I only want it to work in the dos prompt, not the dangerous keylogger type. Only te simple one.
Help please? Thanks!

write a TSR assuming the os is MS-DOS 6.X or earlier.
