Leap In Entertainment (www.justleapin.com) is seeking a talented and motivated and experienced web developer to assist in creating a novel social networking product in 3D. This role calls for a strong background of production experience with Rails.

Our application is not just another collection of scripts that are loosely tied together by links and driven by a database. We're currently engaged in building an integrated web and 3D application using AJAX techniques and licensed 2D and 3D technologies that will challenge most people's notions of what a web service can and can not do.

We are looking for a skilled developer with a thirst to learn. Someone who is passionate about developing applications from user stories and other Agile techniques. Someone who is passionate about developing web applications, and who is interested in the current web technologies and trends. Someone who is interested in working collaboratively with a talented group of web developers, game developers, user-interface specialists and 2D/3D artists. Your skills include:

* extensive experience with Ruby on Rails development
* strong understanding of the principles of web development
* experience with unit testing
* excellent knowledge of HTTP, AJAX, UNIX/Linux and network services in general
