IIS 7.0 and Windows Vista Help Needed

Hello. I am trying to run an ASP.NET application locally on a laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium. I downloaded IIS 7.0 and when I try to put in http://localhost/ into my browser, I get a compilation error. We have done this successfully on Windows XP, but cannot get it to work on Vista. When I type in local host, I get the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Compilation Error
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\68e43d7e\ff1baad8\App_Code.op27_kmd.dll' -- 'Access is denied. '

Any ideas on how to get around this?

Thank you very much for any thoughts.
