Virus Changed Background (same problem as mrvin)

The Need2Find folder doesn't exist on my computer. I even did a search for it, and I looked for hidden folders in Program Files as well. : /

- Click Start and then Run.
- Type the following :
C:\fsbl.exe /expert
and press enter - Select I accept the agreement
- Click Next then Scan & wait for the scan to finish
- Click on Next> then Exit
- A log will be produced in the C:\ drive
It will be named fsbl-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.log where xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is the date and time of the scan - Use Notepad to open that log and
Post the contents of that log as a reply to this topic.
Download Silent Runners.zip and extract it to a new folder on your Desktop.
- Run the Silent Runners.vbs file.
- You will receive a prompt: "Do you want to skip supplementary searches?" - click "NO."
- If your antivirus has a script blocker, you will get a warning asking if you want to allow Silent Runners.vbs to run.
- This script is not malicious so please allow it.
- A text file will appear in the folder - it's not done, let it run. (It won't appear to be doing anything!)
- Once the "All Done!" prompt flashes up, open the text file and save it to SR's folder on you Desktop.

F-Secure Blacklight log:
I'm 99% sure that the Silent Runners scan is done, but I never got a pop-up window - I was in another room when I heard a sound that usually plays when I get a pop or something but when I came here to check, it was gone. Here is the text file, though - it automatically saved itself to the folder on my desktop.
Please let me know if this is not the right log file and the Silent Runner is not finished yet. I didn't do anything to it, so if it's not done, it should still be running somewhere.

Please create a new System Restore point.
Please click Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools and select System Restore.
Now select the option called "Create a new Restore Point" and click Next.
Follow the prompts and finish off the restore point creation.
Now, please copy paste the following into a new Notepad file :
Now click on File>Save As and then enter the filename as FixTP.reg and make sure under Save As type, you have selected, All Files(*.*) and click Save.
Make sure that you save it in your desktop.
Double click the file and confirm your action to merge FixTP.reg to your registry.
