DNS Update Problem

Hello,
I've been working on this particular problem for a while now and I haven't been able to find any documentation anywhere so I was hoping that someone here would be able to help me. I use Track-It! to keep an inventory of all of the hardware for my company. When I "discover assets", it give me a list of all my PC's and their respective IP addresses. Unfortunately, a lot of the IP addresses are actually Wyse terminals and not really PC's. Track-It! compares the IP addresses to the PC's listed on the DNS in a reverse lookup. That's where my problem is. The DNS lists 8 PC's under the same IP address.
What I would like to know is how to clean this up. Do I have to just do this manually or is there a built-in feature in Windows that will do this for me? I'm kinda new to the IT world so I'm not sure what other information you might need to help me, but I'll gladly provide it. Thanks in advance.
Jason.
