Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebyt...are_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

i cleaned it then when it restarted it shut back down. i have a running process that i dont even know of on the bottom right of my screen, its a red circle with a white x and it says 'Your computer is infected!' here are my logs, thanks !

edit: when i left my computer on last night i had a bunch of threat detected with AVG8. And also my computer locks up for no reason. hope this helps.

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

• You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
• Physically disconnect from the internet.
• Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
• Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
• When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
• Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

It seems like whenever we try to fix it, the computer shuts itself down and restores the virus.

it was the reboots, i guess the 7th time was the only 'successful' time i had combo fix complete. that was the only thing contained in the log, so do u want me to run it again ?

What do you mean? The combofix log you posted was incomplete. I need to see the entire log.

that was the entire log, if there were any problems do u want me to run it again because what i copied and pasted was the only information in the combo fix log.

Do the following which should supply the full log anyway;

A. Please RUN HijackThis

1. Click the SCAN button to produce a log.
   
2. Place a check mark beside each one of the following items:

B. 1. Please open Notepad

• Click Start , then Run
• Type notepad .exe in the Run Box.

2. Now copy/paste the entire content of the codebox below into the Notepad window:

3. Save the above as CFScript.txt

4. Physically disconnect from the internet.

5. Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.

6. Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as depicted in the animation below. This will start ComboFix again.

7. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), please re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix then post the following reports/logs into your next reply:

• Combofix.txt
• A new HijackThis log.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.
