WebCrawler / Bot needed

First, forgive me if my english is not up to par, I do not live in a country where English is a national language.

My inquiry today is an attempt to find a pre-existing program that can perform a rathar menial task laid out before me. Writing it would probably take me more time than I may have. I have an Excel document (or a database of whatever kind would best work for such a tool), that has 2 numbers in each row. I need to access a web site which takes those numbers as parameters (http://some.fake.site/askme.asp?X=001&Y=002) and be able to plug those 2 numbers in, and grab all HyperLinks on that site as well as an Image on it.

Again, my apologies if my wording or grammer is off a bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think you will find any programme which can be customized to such a deal ready made specially in open source you might want to look at http://www.hotscripts.com and see if you can find a script which can be customized to suit you. I have done alot of research in php scripts specifically and havent really found anything that matches your requirement. Having it custom made for you might be another option as it is not such a big script I dont think it should cost you something very steep.
