Run the camera setup disk and set the camera ip to be something out the range of your router's available dhcp range, i.e., if your router is setup to deliver ip's 192.168.1.100-200, then set the camera above that, say 192.168.1.222.
When you reboot everything, you should be able to enter what ip you assigned to the camera into your browser and see the image. From there, you can configure the camera as well, just make sure you ahve the password, usually it's admin...
