I'm asking this on behalf of a friend. Here's what he's told me:
"The web server is acting strange. For no reason we cannot access any of our web sites but yet the IIS services are still running. When we restart the IIS services we are then able to get to the web pages….for a while."
The server is Windows 2003 Server. It's a shared hosting environment. All sites are affected. Even when the sites are visible, they're much slower than normal and sometimes certain images won't appear.
Any thoughts of how to proceed?
Thanks!
Kirby
