Hello, Please tell me the way how can I turn on error reporting/php warnings in apache2triad.

I do not know about the apache2triad, But on LAMP the "php.ini" file contains a parameter called as "display_errors", to turn on the errors you have to set
Try searching for a file with a similar name in your apache2triad installation. Hopefully it should have the same name.
