Open cash drawer using Crystal Reports

  #1
Nov 24th, 2004
I have a client who is using their computer to generate a POS receipt. They also have a cash drawer APG C-DRWR VASARIO MULTI 24V with printer EPS TM-U220D US NO DM NO HUB EDG, which uses a USB port. They are using the BusinessVision accounting package that utilizes Crystal Reports to create a cash receipt. I need the codes to make the cash drawer pop out. I have looked at various manuals and they all tell me to use drawer codes 27,112,0,25,250. I don't understand where to put the code within Crystal Reports or anywhere or convert it so that Crystal Reports can understand it. Chr(129) in the header doesn't help b/c they are using a USB port not a COM port. Thanks in advance. Any help will be appreciated.
