I have a new (used) hp laptop with xp Pro. I can browse the internet with Outlook, but not with ie. I have a wireless connection that shows excellent connection. I've used the wired connection, but still the same thing. Connect via Outlook, but not ie. The message I get from ie is "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". When I use the "Diagnose Connection Problems" link, I get a message saying it could not find any problems.
I'm obviously not very tech savvy, and I'm losing patience.
