Special PHP web hosting requirement - advice needed

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend a web hosting company to me. I'm looking for a provider to host a practical joke website. A feature of the site will be a script which allows visitors to send fake email for entertainment purposes. I know that this is a little controversial, because a lot of web providers won't do it, but I plan to monitor the service to prevent misuse and limit the number of messages sent to perhaps 10 per IP per day. In hosting terms what I'm looking for is a cheap PHP-enabled UNIX package with unrestricted access to the PHP mail function. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
