Error code COOD11CD

I just spent 7 hours downloading a 40-minute movie only to discover that I get an error code (with the orange exclaimation point) COOD11CD when I attempt to play it. I have also encountered this code on other ocassions when trying to play much shorter videos. I have searched various sites regarding this common error, but no information seems to be available as to how to correct it. All my audio and video codecs are enabled and working properly.

Thanks for any suggestions.
