I want to develop efficient and optimized Myanmar OCR software that can recognize myanmar characters both printed and handwritten and must be robust and object recognition software that can recognize at least human in complex situation. Is there anyone in this community who can guide me in developing these software systems.

If you want to create this yourself, you might want to learn Neural Networks for a while. Be aware that this is a damn hard project for a professional to do be itself, and it is close to impossible to do if you don't have to much experience with programming.
