Windows XP Pro NOT working with Windows Server 2008 but Vista is

On my DC SERVER it runs Windows Server 2008 and i have computer with Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista, The Vista computer Get all the setting from the server but the XP computer do not.

Can someone help please thanks sam

Did you install service pack 3 on the xp box? Will the xp machine join the domain?
