(1) Proven experience with ASP.NET
(2) Proven experience with SQL Server
(3) Willing to interact with customers

Experience with Community Server is a big plus.

Desired Skills/Experience:
• 3-5+ years of ASP.NET Development experience
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• 1-2+ years of leading technical project development is a plus
• Telligent Community Server experience a plus
• Consulting experience a plus
• Certifications a plus
• SCRUM experience a plus
