Internet Explorer, halted by its popups

Internet Explorer has a popup for the acces to net password. I am new to this and did not set password but Internet Explorer persistes in asking me to enter one, the popup blocks the fonction ane the page stops, cancel and ticking it of only makes it return again and again.
How do i stop it? :evil:

Not worried about massive security holes myself ,have noting of interest on my machine ,If someone wants to hack in come on in ,if it gets full of bugs and s--t I reload !!
