How to select the data's or number's from database as random

i have 1000 and more question's IN DATABASE ,now i want TO SELECT the question's by the amount of 10 at a time ,when i click the next button the another 10 question's 
are want TO SHOW , now the selected questions FROM DATABASE should be IN random vise AND the random should never repeat ,i gave the question number IN DATABASE AS 1 TO 1000 AND more
BY USING asp.net c#,any algorithm is there to select the question's in random ? or we can perform by any query? 
please reply  your idea's and share with me friend's
