We are looking for a Senior Software Project Manager.


Responsibilities :

Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities of large and complex projects, including new product launches and business process improvement.
Develop and determine project approach, effort, schedule, team member roles and expectations, and ensure that resources are used efficiently and workload is balanced.
Identify and engages all key stakeholders, contributors and business and technical resources that must participate in a projects and ensure that contributors are motivated to complete assigned tasks within the parameters of the project plan.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed in accordance with PMO direction.
Facilitate collaboration and communication across the organization and disparate functions.
Successfully manage and prioritize multiple, parallel projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Track project activities against plans, and develop and manage project status documentation and communications.
As part of project status tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate.
Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with teams across all business units.

Qualifications :

Three or more years of experience in a job requiring strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills; rigorous, data-driven decision-making; and sound business judgment.
Five plus years of hands-on experience in IT design and development as well as minimum of two years of business analysis experience.
Strong experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, cross-functional projects. Experience and demonstrated success in leading and managing teams and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects are essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional judgment and leadership skills.
Diplomacy, tact and relationship building skills required.
Expert knowledge of standard project management tools (i.e., MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite).
Experience in development and implementation of communications or content delivery solutions is a strong plus.
Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to senior management.
