yeah,
file -> import/export
chose export to file
then choose whatever type suits you. my choice is .pst
you can also select individual folders and create a password for your backup

How is the best way to back up Outlook 2003 Contacts. I want an external back up that I can transfer contacts to another computer and do it daily if need be.
I am using VCard4Outlook http://vcard4outlook.4team.biz/?pcode=608310193bh66vm
It imports/exports hundreds of contacts at a time within few clicks. Does it very well by the way.
