I faced a strange problem,
my friend system is not displaying anything after start, A black screen is comming thats all
I tried in safe mode also but no result ,
and when i tried to format the C:\ drive,
The CD is also not able to run means no autorun is going on
please help me to solve the issue.

Can you please go into a little more detail. Does the system start to load windows(see the windows loading bar) Where does the system hand loading safe mode?
Trying to boot from cd, did you change the boot order to boot from cd first. Most computers from the vendor don't boot cd first unless you change the option.
