Blue screen of death

I have a dell server using 2003 server. I always leave it on, I was working from another computer within the server, the program started to be unresponsive. I tried to reboot the server and when it restarted I got a C0000218 notification along with the blue screen. I can not access the server from the other machine and the server won't respond to anything I do. I did add an older flat panel moniter to the server approximately 1 week ago ,but no problems until today. Any sugggestions???
Thanks,
John
