I would like to ask for your opinions and suggestions on how to make a payment gateway? what does it take? time line? what will i need and stuff... Thanks so much for your help guys!

thanks! but guys, please do help me with this.. i really need your advice esp the experts.. where will i start? what are needed? i know making a payment gateway is not easy.. but still we want to give it a shot. Thanks so much!
