Flash Developer/Designer

The Flash Developer/Designer will partner with both design and
development team members to provide flash design, development and
maintenance for our client's website. Responsibilities
include Actionscript 3 and Flash 8 or Flash CS3 IDE experience while
providing quality assurance support and performing interface testing.

Hiring Criteria:

• A minimum of three years of solid Flash development and design
  experience[/B] with an emphasis on development
• A minimum of three years of solid Flash IDE and Actionscript
  development experience with strong XML programming experience
• HTML and XML programming experience
• Experience with media players
• Experience streaming video and audio (preferably with Akamai)
• Experience with charting data in an interactive and engaging manner
• Experience with web analytics (preferably Omniture Site Catalyst)
• Experience with modeling interactive site navigation pattern
• FLEX/FLEX 2.0 experience is a plus
• AIR experience is plus
• Ability to strategically architect re-usable components
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, learn software
  quickly, and willingness to
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and research skills

• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in a corporate environment and a related Bachelor's
  degree preferred, but not required
