Cannot remove "search" from address bar

Gash I just solved my problem!
:o :o :o I forgot what did i download so i have "search the Web" in my address bar and finally i got it!
How did I "uninstall" the My Web Search toolbar?
• Closed all open Web browsers
• From the "Start" menu in Windows, select "Control Panel"
• Select "Add/Remove Programs"
• Selected "My Web Search Bar"
• Click "Change/Remove"
