Computer Freezes during game play

ok every one this is a very sore subject for me. recently my computer started restarting during game play so reinstalled everything and not it freezes durning game play no restart. my video card idles at 61C and goes up to 74C while playing games never anything higher. its very random when it happends i am using direct x 10. plz plz help.
