Monitor says NO Signal

Changed my PSU and computer worked fine. Then I shut it down and it showed a Boot error. I opened it up (the case) and now the monitor show no signal and the cdrom drive has no power, but the computer starts up??

how about some specs on the computer, and the power supply !
like wattage of psu.
cpu size/ram ,hard drive size and OS installed ,ect ect
