I tried to access the links you listed, but found my browser was blocked from the sites.

I re-ran MalwareByte and that seemed to allow the browser to access the sites.

Ran Bitdefender but it failed during it's start with an unable to download virus definitions message.

Panda Active Scan scanned my PC, detected 2 infected and 2 suspicious files then locked up and was non-responsive.

Trend Micro Housecall scanned, found 1 infection Joke.Agent but had no information available about it. It identified the infected file C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\nrtgge.sys. It also detected 20 HTTP cookies. The program locks up when it tries to clean/delete the files.

That's as far as I was able to get last evening. Intend to retry Bitdefender and attempt the eTrust scanner and Trojanscan tonight and post results.

Went back and tried to run Bitdefender. Was unable to access the web page.

eTrust scan downloaded but failed to run. Page error message when the scan buttin was clicked.

The Trojanscan downloaded and ran. Detected several infected items which I allowed it to delete. Re-booted the PC. The Trend Micro firewall was disabled and no longer available after boot. Tried uninstall/reinstall Trend Micro to get the firewall back. But after reinstalling still get no firewall and additional error messages. Incompatible with this version of windows, personal firewall has shut down and unable to recognize the software configuration restart to restore missing information. Have rebooted several times, same messages repeat.

Enabled windows firewall. Re-ran Malwarebytes and HiJackThis. Malwarebytes still detects trojans. Unable to run a Trend Mirco scan at this time.

Here are the logs:

Download the HostsXpert.
Run it and press "Restore Original Hosts" and press "OK". Exit Program.
Note that if you have a custom host file, this will remove it.
See if you can access those sites now.
MBAM needs updating again. Latest is 1375

Downloaded and ran HostsXpert. Didn't seem to do anything. Trend Micro firewall is still disabled and getting same messages from Trend Micro,
-incompatible with this version of windows
-personal firewall has shut down
-unable to recognize the software configuration. Restart to restore missing information.
Restarting hasn't helped yet.

Couldn't access web sites nor update MalwareBytes. Re-ran MalwareBytes. Was then able to get updates and get web site access.

Tried BitDefender but it failed while trying to update virus signatures.

Panda Active Scan ran. Gave warning message Java was disabled so ran as IE plugin. Said my PC was not infected after scan.

Trend Micro Housecall. Scanned, found and deleted 7 cookies. Program requested to re-scan but failed with data transfer error.

ca Virus Scanner. Loaded but still failed to scan. Error on web page when scan button was clicked.

Windows Security Trojanscan ran. 4 files, 3 cookies found. Deleted files.

Rebooted, ran MalwareBytes and HiJackThis, logs below. Malwarebytes still detects same trojan. My Trend Micro Internet Security status -- says the anti-virus is working but the firewall is down. I cannot access the program's main console without getting the error messages stated above. Have enabled Windows firewall.

Can you tell me if we're making any progress here? Thanks.

Doesn't look like it. Some things you can fix, some things you can't.

Download
SDFix
and save it to your desktop.

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the
following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the
    Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  • Choose your usual account.
  • In Safe Mode, right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract
    All
    ,
  • Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to
    start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the script.
  • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the
registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool
will be running and removing files.
  • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and
display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load
    your desktop icons.
  • Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the
contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with
    a new HijackThis log

I am hopeful my PC problem can be resolved.

Downloaded and ran SDFix. Looking at the report it seems to have found the trojans.

My Trend Micro Internet Security anti-virus and firewall appear to be completely un-useable now, at least it won't restart. Checked security center and am now running on Windows firewall and anti-virus.

Here is the SDFix report and after it the HiJackThis log.

What do you think?

I spoke to soon.

Right after I finished sending the above post, the Trend Micro came up in the system tray -- it was auto updating. Took a little time then asked to reboot. After the boot, it loaded everything, anti-virus and the firewall is back. It wants to do a system scan but I decided to just let you know and wait for your comments/instructions before I did anything else. Although I am taking this as a good omen.

No, couldn't find any of those files. Looked for them manually in windows explorer and also ran a search of the C: drive TDSS*.*. No hits.
