I haave taken a look at your site an I think it has good functionalities, and the actual viewing of videoś works fine.

i suggest that if you want to improve the experience on your site, the website design should be your primary focus. Because watching video's is a visual experience, your site must be visually appealing. Don't take this as offending, but I think the desig looks quite amateur/old-fashion right now.
