Hi all, im a beginner, and i need to have fields in a website , soh that users can write on them.. and then i need to get these values and process them in an python program...
im lost.. no ideia where to start... anyone can give me a tip?

Which part do you have problems with? the web form or the PYthon processing?

For a web form I suggest using a simple Google Docs form, that you can embed on any website. Any data entered into the form will then be populated into a spreadsheet of your choosing.

The next step will be to use python to pull down said spreadsheet (in CSV form preferably) and parse the data.

So how far are you, and what's your status? What kind of systems are you working with here? It's hard for us to help you when you don't give us any information
