i have developed vb.net 2005 application. how to create installation file, which method is best? any one help me or give me correct link.

Installation requires the dotnet framework 2.0 etc.

So you may need to check that on the client machine.

The professional version comes with an installer, the express version doesn't. (I think)

However, installation is a trivial matter of simply copying the relevant files to the relevant places.

Something like inno setup might be of use to you.
