Candidates must ideally have first hand experience of working on agency side however my will consider those with online and ecommerce background. You will have solid development background in Java J2ee working on web based applications for large transactional, online or e-commerce based sites. The work will be project based with a chance to work across the full development lifecycle so any experience in this will be an advantage. Other desirable skills will be enterprise search or solutions. Any other java related technology will also be a plus - Spring, struts, hibernate,Swing (Any or all). Suitable candidates will also posses knowledge of design patterns and development processes such as TDD or JUnit.
