epson printer and rip system on the xp

hello good people,
my english isnt so good but i think you will understand me.
i bought epson pro stylus 5000 and got with him fiery rip station 5000.
im using windows xp and im still cant put that printer in the work
i connected printer - rip with lpt cable
and i connect rip and laptop with ethernet cable ( utp )
i found on the internet some drivers but still nothing
do i need just install rip or rip and epson?
rip have ip adress 192.168.0.50 and when i go in ipconfig i dont see that
