Hello,
Being new at this web page design stuff is pretty intimidating! A little knowledge can sure be frustrating. Late night sessions until my head hurts has not solved this problem. Hopefully one of you can look at the is "see" the fix because I can't.
I have used code from several sources to develop a page with a scrolling content area and a tabbed navigation bar. The author who developed the code said it works fine in IE, FF and Safari. and it does: http://projectseven.com/tutorials/cs...hzlistdemo.htm
Everything I worked up, works on FF. BUT, the menubar "current page feature" does not work in IE7 (actually I have 8 beta).
If you use the HOME and INDEX buttons to flip back and forth between pages they work fine in FF. The same pages will switch in IE will not pick up the "current color". Nor to the colored tab *.jpg seem to show up.
I have included the css code and js script code in the scrolling part of the Index Tab.
Any help wouold be VERY appreciative. Here is the page in question:
http://www.rsw.ifastnet.com/index.html
One last question: I notice in developing the pages the pages and "current" tab switch almost immedialty. Once i loaded them onto the server the "current" tabs that do work in FF takes about 2 seconds to load color. Is this normal?
Thanks VERY much for any help you can give ebcaue I am stumped!
Leon
