Mobile phone, USB, Bluetooth

Hi,

I have two computers. One bluetooth dongle, and one Nokia 3110 classic phone that supports Java (not symbian). I have the bluetooth dongle connected to one comp and can connect the mobile phone to the other comp using the USB cable. Now my question is, how do I go about building an application (if required) that can basically let me transfer files from one comp to the other...

I am guessing I need some sort of code to talk to the phone via USB. Then I think i have two options - have a program running on the phone which talks to the usb connected comp and the other comp via bluetooth, OR directly access the bluetooth on the phone through the usb connection...

Please let me know how to proceed... I am comfortable with C#, but C++/C are fine too
