PGP Security Features?

Wasn't sure if this was the correct place to post this, so I apologise if its in the wrong place.

Does PGP have any security features and if so what are they?

I have tried google but all I seem to find is the vulnerabilities, if somebody can post a link so that I can read up on them, it will be much appreciated.
